Pre-Registration Form

The Pre-Registration Form allows us to contact you via email with the link to the registration paperwork and instructions to complete the enrollment process once registration opens to the public on January 21, 2020 for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. You are under no obligation to register your child if you fill out a Pre-Registration Form. This form is so we know you are interested in enrolling your child at our school and so we can reach out to you once it is time to register.

Please indicate which days you would like your child to attend. Please note that only children who are enrolling in the Tots and Pre-K age-classes can choose a 2 day (Tuesdays/Thursdays only), 3 day (Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays only), or 5 day schedule. Scheduling Acknowledgment *
Child Steps offers the following scheduling options to better benefit each student’s academic and social success. Children attending Junior Kindergarten (age 4 by 08/31/20) or Kindergarten (age 5 by 08/31/20) must sign up for a 5 days per week schedule (Monday-Friday), either mornings only (9 am-11:45 am) or Full Days (9 am-2:45 pm). Children enrolling in a Tots (age 2 ½ by 08/31/20) or Pre-Kindergarten class (age 3 by 08/31/20) can choose a 2 day/per week schedule (Tuesdays/Thursdays only), a 3 day/per week schedule (Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays only) or 5 days per week with the option to choose mornings only or full days.Yes, I understand and agree to these scheduling options.
